2 men injured in high-speed crash
Two men were taken to the hospital after their car ran off a street and onto an embankment Thursday morning.
Billings Police Sgt. Shawn Finnegan said the driver of a 2006 Nissan Sentra was headed eastbound off the Laurel Road exit onto State Avenue at a high rate of speed at 2:12 a.m.
The car went off the street onto a hill to the right, hitting a light pole.
One of the men was thrown from the vehicle while the other was partially ejected. Finnegan said neither one was wearing his seatbelt. They didn't appear to have serious injuries.
Alcohol appears to be a factor in the crash, he said.
